Auloop is a simple application that tests PortAudio library usablity. It simply records audio on one audio card and plays recorded data on another (or the same) sound card in the same time. This app is just for fun – you can test delays between source audio an played audio. Delay may be changed changing buffer size. Additionaly you can force delay using -l or –latency option:
auloop -l <ms>
but results srtrongly depends on your hardware and software. See PortAudio page and source code for more information.
